Easy Summer Salmon Recipe!

Champagne Vinaigrette Salmon with Israeli Couscous and Fresh Salad

Hello everyone!

I wanted to go ahead and get this website up and functioning but had some difficulty deciding how to do that exactly.

SO instead of me ranting about something in the first post, I want to just give you a wonderful salmon recipe to add to your weekly routine! This recipe is so simple and so delicious. It takes no time at all to make in the Air Fryer and it is a foolproof method for wonderful flavor every time!

Check it out!

Champagne Vinaigrette Salmon

  • Ingredients:

    • 1lb of Alaskan Salmon (fillet)

    • 1/4c Champagne Vinaigrette (I use Trader Joe's but Newman's Own makes one too)

    • 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder

    • S&P (light on the salt)

    • Directions:

      • Pour Champagne Vinaigrette all over salmon and coat with garlic powder, and S&P- light on the salt- and place in tupperware container and let it marinate for approx. 15 minutes

      • Put it in the Air Fryer for 5 minutes at 380 degrees then an additional 2-3 minutes at 400 degrees (depending how you like it cooked)

      • * I do 7 minutes and it comes out to a nice medium

Pair the Salmon with a delicious fresh salad made from cucumbers, sliced cabbage, tomatoes, diced red onion, diced red pepper, avocado, and drizzled with EVOO and S& P.

You can also add the Israeli couscous like I did in the picture - I love Israeli couscous, it's light and tastes delicious!

Enjoy!
